Musician, Dancer, Educator

I am a freelance musician, dancer and educator based in North Wales.
I became involved in community music projects in 1994 and have trained Capoeira
within a respected international association since 1997. My projects have been
prolific and varied ever since - I now perform, study, teach and project manage
internationally.

I run a formal Capoeira school - "Capoeira Mocambo" - and hold the title “Monitor”
under the Senzala Santos Academy in Brazil. I run a variety of Percussion
workshops in all education, community and corporate settings.
I am passionate about the arts facilitating wider education and benefitting social/
community relationships. I undertake projects which reflect, respect and share the
rich cultural heritage of the African Diaspora and those pertinent to the mental,
environmental and physical health of Welsh communities.
