“Paolo Piana was in 2007, a founder member of The Llanelli Multicultural Network (LMCN) and
between 2010-2013 managed the Llanelli Multicultural Project. He continues to manage a number
of projects for LMCN in Llanelli and Carmarthenshire. Paolo was a founder of Black History Month
Wales and has facilitated BHMW events, activities and awareness sessions across the region.
Apart from Paolo’s full time job working for a national charity, he has lead roles in a number of
organisations that promote community cohesion, equalities and that support the BAME
community, including being Race Council Cymru’s Coordinator for West Wales “
