Earnshaw is a former Welsh footballer. He has been in 13 clubs in his professional football career. He is the only player to score a hat trick in premier league, FA cup, League Cup and English Football League.

Earnshaw was born in Zambia to his mother who was a professional footballer in Zambia, and a father who is a manager of a gold mine. He grew up amongst people who played football professionally, including his uncle and cousins. Earnshaw and his family moved to Wales after his father died from typhoid. CARDIFF CITY FC

Earnshaw was in the Cardiff City youth development programme, and scored over 47 goals in that season. He made his professional debut in September 1997, playing as a substitute against Millwall FC. He signed his first full professional contract in August 1998 and played his first game against Hartlepool United. He later attended trials with Middlesbrough and Fulham but went back to Cardiff.

WEST BROMWICH ALBION

Earnshaw transferred to this club from Cardiff in 2004 for £3 million. He played his first game against Liverpool in September 2004. However, he scored his first goal for West Bromwich against Southampton in November 2004. On 19 March 2005, he played his first premier league game and scored a hattrick against Charlton Athletic. He left this team in 2006.

NORWICH CITY

In 2006 Earnshaw signed a contract with Norwich and joined the club. He made his debut performance with this team against Ipswich Town in February 2006. He scored 19 goals during his time with this team, and this made him a topgoal scorer in the division in 2007.

DERBY COUNTY
He signed with Derby County in 2007 and made his debut performance in the game against Portsmouth on 11 August 2007. He scored his first goal for the club in January 2008 against Preston North End.

OTHER FOOTBALL CLUBS
He joined Nottingham Forest in May 2008, scoring 45 points in 113 appearances. He rejoined Cardiff city on 6 July 2011, where he scored his first goal against West Ham United.
He transferred to join a Canadian club on 28 February 2013. He scored his first goal a week after he joined this team against Kansas City.
He also played for the Wales national team and made his debut in May 2002 and scored the winning game against Germany. He played for Wales 59 times and scored 16 times.

COACHING
After his career as a professional footballer, he became an assistant coach for Fresno Fc, and later moved to Orange County SC to become their assistant coach.

Robert Earnshaw is not married and there is no record of him having any children. He is known to be one of the wealthiest footballer in Wales.
