He graduated with a master’s degree in Employment Relationship at Keele University. Studying at this level has strengthened my written and verbal communication skills, and provided me with a sound grasp of the underpinning theoretical principles governing the employment relationships.
He strongly believes that collaboration and partnership working, coupled with collective bargaining is the most efficient means of giving Workers the right to representation in decisions affecting their working lives, a right which is or should be the prerogative of every Worker in a democratic society. This is the reason he strongly believes in collective bargaining as a means to empower Working People.
He was seconded to the Welsh Government as Senior Policy Advisor, wrote speeches for Welsh Government Ministers, and Senior Civil Servants. As former Chairman of SEWREC, he has been working hard promoting greater Community Cohesion in Wales primarily but, sometimes across the UK working on Home Office funded Projects and Welsh Government.
