Ceri is an Assistant Headteacher at a primary school in Carmarthenshire. He has been a keen
sportsman over the years, having been involved in rugby, cricket, swimming and golf. Ceri’s
children are half Jamaican and half Welsh. He is driven in developing diversity within the school curriculum.
