Hadassah Radway
Hadassah has worked as an educator for over forty years and has endeavoured to motivate and positively challenge students, both youngsters and adults, to reach their educational potential. Her teaching and managerial experiences have been wide and varied. She has taught in the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of education in the UK and in The Bahamas.
Hadassah worked as Head of the Ethnic Minority Achievement Service (EMAS) for Bristol City Council Children and Young Peoples Services (CPYS). She has also worked in the Sheffield School Effectiveness – Advisory and Inspection Department as a Teacher Adviser as well as the Manager for the African Caribbean Initiative Project (ACIP) in Dudley Education Department. She currently works as Education Consultant for South Gloucestershire & Stroud College (SGScol), Bristol Campus.
She is a sought after conference speaker on diversity and cultural issues, including the impact of the government’s policies on the Windrush Generation.
She works as Race Council Cymru (RCC) Black History Wales Education & Engagement Officer. She also serves as Secretary and Member of South Wales Jamaican Society (SWJS), a grassroots community group supporting people who have a Jamaican heritage in South Wales by providing food boxes for families and single person households on low income during the COVID19 pandemic.
She is currently serving as the Pastor of New Testament Church of God (NTCG) Bath. She has a passion to work with the wonderful people of God’s church.
