Rachel passionately believes in equality and empowering others to have their voices heard. She is currently a Deputy Head of a large primary school and also supports range of schools through her consultancy. Rachel is proud to be a black History Wales Champion and has worked in this capacity to support the leadership BLM Wales to secure greater access to equality is realised.
