I was born and brought up in London to Jamaican parents. I am a qualified Primary teacher who has worked in London and Overseas but I’m now living and working in Cardiff in a primary school.
I am married with two grown up sons who are caring for themselves in London. I am extremely proud of their achievements as young black men as a result of which I am committed to teaching diversity within my school and raising the aspirations of the
Ethnic groups whenever I can.
I’m a Black Officer within the NEU which is working hard to make sure diversity is included within the new Welsh curriculum.
