Carol Alyce Adams has held senior management roles in the third and social sector in Wales. Her roles included a focus on social and economic development, financial inclusion, food poverty and community cohesion. She is currently the Managing Director, Food Adventure Social Enterprise Ltd and leads a multi-disciplinary partnership between Wales and Cameroon which helps people gain a sustainable livelihood through food. She also manages a network of farmers’ markets in Cardiff as Manager of RCMA Social Enterprise and is an Honorary Principal Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
